Terms of Use

Last Updated: July 11, 2026

1. Nature of Services (No Attorney-Client Relationship)

Trending Lawyers operates purely as an infrastructure aggregator and directory marketplace matching independent legal practitioners with clients. We do not practice law, provide direct legal representation, or offer legal counsel of any kind.

Using the interface features, scheduling matches, or filling out case matrices does not establish an attorney-client relationship between you and Trending Lawyers. Your dynamic relational counsel only initiates when explicitly agreed upon directly with your selected advocate.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

To schedule a direct structural matching consultation or to process structural case requirements cleanly, users must verify identity components accurately:

  • You must provide precise personal identifiers (name, legal contact protocols, email arrays) when establishing verification routes.
  • You are uniquely responsible for securing local protection configurations like session access and login credentials securely.
  • The platform maintains strict paths to terminate profile matrices discovered engaging in legal fraud or systemic platform exploitation.

3. Special Terms for Advocates / Lawyers

Legal practitioners registering via our "Join Us" deployment pathways agree to professional operating standards:

  • Advocates must list valid Bar Council registration IDs, verified practice metrics, and structural jurisdiction frameworks.
  • You warrant that you are a legal expert in good standing and agree to operate transparently within regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., Bar Council guidelines).
  • Trending Lawyers maintains zero employment bonds; practitioners function strictly as independent legal operators.

4. Consultation Fees & Billing Agreements

Financial arrangements, fee components, and retainers are defined directly outside systemic platform operations:

Trending Lawyers is not a party to billing matrices settled post-consultation match. We do not resolve legal service transaction disputes, dictate professional billing rates, or process attorney compensation funds directly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

Our operational systems and search matrices are provided cleanly on an "As Is" framework standard. Trending Lawyers makes no absolute claims regarding specific legal performance outcomes, advocacy competence levels, or individual character reliability metrics of advocates matched.

While database security algorithms verify Bar credentials actively to remove unauthorized entries, users must perform conflict checks and independent verifications prior to finalizing legal agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the widest extent permitted across regional laws, Trending Lawyers, its management networks, and system developers shall not be held liable for any direct or consequential damages, operational losses, or case mismanagements arising out of advocate actions.

We are not responsible for software interruptions, interface delays, loading benchmark variances, or unauthorized connection alterations by bad actors on the internet.

7. Intellectual Property

All core content layers deployed across Trending Lawyers—including structural text blocks, style matrices, branding design arrays, interface sliders, and success stories—remain protected property. Users may not copy, extract, or scrape platform codebases without transparent written permission flags.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed cleanly under the laws of the Republic of India. Any litigation, system disputes, or formal claims relating to service execution routes will fall under the exclusive jurisdictional authority of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
